Darby creek Keeps Residents on Edge

Darby Creek in Delaware county Pennsylvania flooding is causing serious issues. Some worry about loss of home and businesses. Some businesses have relocated because of the flooding and  some homes have been deemed unfit to live in.
There is debris from trees, car parts and more.
The major problem is that the creek runs through many municipalities. Harrisburg is looking into the maintenance and the upkeep of creeks.

A Million Stories SNAP Judgment: Nutrition Assistance Program

Swipe a card instead of paper transfer. There was a trial run, a study from Penn and The food Trust Organization to use a debit like card for those on assistance to use at Clark Park Farmers Market, sales increased. The downside is that some farmers found it too costly and not profitable enough to want to keep using it. Some have wanted to set up one terminal for all the farmers to use. The director of "Farm to City" participated in the study.
