Introducing the Philadelphia Area Resilience System

The Philadelphia Area Resilience System advances our regional overall resilience by providing a forum for bringing together and discussing plans, programs, resources and relationships that increase the capacity of individuals, organizations and communities to collectively solve problems and take advantage of opportunities. As a non-profit civic initiative, it is also the expectation that parties interested in emergency preparedness and disaster response will contribute links and comments that highlight both the assets and the risks evident in our region.
